  • Beskrivelse: Documentary about the contemporary Upper Bavarian music scene: The film portrays various bands and musicians, some better known than others, whose music follows different emphases, including Zwirbeldirn, Williams Wetsox & Schorsch Hampel, Barbara Lexa and Zwoastoa. The film team accompanies the musicians to performances and visits them in their home villages. With the support of folklorist Andreas Koll, the filmmakers also embark on a journey into the history of alpine music, to develop a feeling for the traditions and to better understand current trends and successes. The film's framework is provided by recordings of an open air festival organised by the "Bavara Vista Club" in June 2014 on the Upper Bavarian Kreut-Alm.
